I don’t actually drive in Hong Kong, but I’m very familiar with the feeling of being on the move — buses, trains, long walks, watching the city pass by while sitting quietly inside my own thoughts. Even now, living in Australia, that sense of movement still stays with me. 《 乘車音樂 》Car Trip Music, for me, is not really about driving fast or going far. It’s about the feeling of being on the way. Some pieces have lyrics, and when they do, the words are written by me. I take time to shape them carefully, then use modern tools — yes, including AI — to help refine the sound, the mood, and the texture. Technology helps polish the details, but the ideas, the emotions, the intention — those always come from a very human place.
