Leosthenes vs Black Retreat: Extreme Risk, Strategy & Survival | Stoneshard | Battlemage

In chapter 9 of our Stoneshard adventure, Leo arrives at Rotten Willow, where he will face his first dungeons to increase his reputation and earn the respect of merchants who still view him with suspicion. He first ventures into a Tier 2 dungeon to test the difficulty; the mission goes well and he finally repairs his staff, solving the mystery of why it was broken. However, upon delivering the mission, the merchants claim it was just luck and still don’t trust him. Determined to prove himself, Leo takes on an even greater risk: his first Tier 3 dungeon, facing undead enemies among the most dangerous: necromancers, skeleton warriors, tanks, and spear users. He must break the Wells Souls and emerge unscathed, while the relentless pressure from the undead tests both his mind and body, forcing Leo to unleash his full potential. Despite taking bold risks, he faces consequences that will shape his path forward.
