Twilight: Bella and Carlisle-Hallelujah

Okay. We're going to pretend it was Carlisle Bella fell in love with. So, the two of them meet and they fall in love despite the fact she's a teenager and he's the "father" of her friends. Bella goes with the Cullen's to fight the newborns in Eclipse and is actually there, not at the top of the mountain. She tries protecting Carlisle, and ends up getting killed. Carlisle is left with the haunting memories of him and Bella, and the rest of the Cullen's feel guilty about her death, they should have, could have done more to protect her.
