670cc Dragster Returns to the Track with New BIG Turbo Setup!

MINI MAYHEM FACEBOOK GROUP LINK:   / 1158467921468261   We installed a new larger turbo on our Predator 670 dragster and we're at the drag strip for the first time testing it! Our new turbocharger is slightly larger, meaning it can potentially flow more air, but more importantly this turbocharger is clockable, meaning our new turbo piping is much shorter than the original setup, which gives us better throttle response and less boost lag. The waste gate boost pressure on this turbo is less than the original one, so we didn't make as much boost and the dragster slowed down by 10mph! Fortunately, our carb tuning was a bit better, so our 60 foot time decreased substantially. Next time we'll be installing weights for higher stall on our CVT, fixing up or replacing our carburetor, and upping the boost pressure! Thanks for Watching!
