In the wake of the April 16, 2007 tragedy on the campus of Virginia Tech, the Manhattan Hokies (NYC VT Alumni Association), The David Wright Foundation, Webster Hall, The Village Pourhouse and Disco Sushi present MaroonEffect.org, a night of remembrance to honor and raise funds for victims of that tragic day. On Friday, May 18th, 2007 renowned New York City venue Webster Hall will host the event, which will feature national musical acts, celebrity appearances, and a charity auction. This unimaginable tragedy has broken our hearts but not our spirits. Join us to honor this spirit, reflect on those lost, and provide financial support for those affected by this tragedy. *100% of the funds raised at MaroonEffect.org will be donated to aid the healing process of those impacted by the tragedy.
