Impact wrench usually used to remove the flywheel/rotor of a scooter for stator maintenance or replacement. But sometimes the proper tools might be broken or not available to you, thus need for other creative solution. You can use anything to prevent the flywheel from rotate, this is only example. Even this is working for me, I do not recommend it as it might cause you another problem.
