Set aside. Slice the pork tenderloin lengthwise and open it like a book. Season with salt and black pepper. Gently pound the meat to about 5 mm thickness for even rolling. Lay the bacon strips in an even layer, then evenly distribute the chopped rosemary and apricots over the surface. Roll everything tightly into a log. Secure the roll with 6 pieces of kitchen twine and slice the log into equal pieces. Heat a pan over high heat. Quickly sear the rolls on all sides until golden brown. Mix the whole grain mustard, soy sauce, and BBQ sauce until well combined. Transfer the rolls to a pan and brush generously with the sauce.
