I am mortified - I've just been through and replied to all of the comments on my channel (some of which were so lovely and kind, thank you so much) and accidentally deleted them! Thanks to all who have enjoyed my readings so far - I am so glad that this has been enjoyed by people I haven't even met! It's amazing! Read by Argent Jay. Tom Holt is a ridiculously funny writer who comes up with nonsensical premises for stories in which the mundane lives of ordinary, modern human individuals clashes with the insane and fantastical world of the mythical - and Expecting Someone Taller was the first of his books I read - and it is one of my favourite books ever. He brings Gods and Men together in his writing in a way as to make them all relatable, lovable characters, and I can only wish that I can be half as funny in words as he is in writing. I was disappointed that there was no audiobook for Expecting Someone Taller, and also wanted to put some more effort into improving my speaking voice - so I recorded this. Hopefully I'm not struck down by the copyright gods. I did not write the book - but I did read it word for word. So I don't know how that exactly ties in with copyright and licensing. Especially if I'm not monetising the video anyway. Thanks!
