Toro proline 21" mower doesn't like wet grass!!

Hi. In this video i'm doing a demo of my toro proline 21" mower cutting but ive used these models of mowers for many hours in all different conditions. It bags perfect if the grass is dry but it struggles with damp or wet grass in my opinion the rear grass shoot is too small.
