Tamron 18 400mm f/3.5-6.3 | Canon 90D | Cinematic Photo and Video Samples with Settings

Cinematic photos and video samples using the Tamron 18-400mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD lens with Canon EOS 90D camera. Color graded RAW files with Canon's Digital Photo Professional 4 and edited video with Davinci Resolve 17. Voice over recorded with Audacity. Short talking-head portion recorded with Fuji X-T4 and Canon EF 16-35 f/2.8 L ii lens. Overall, the Tamron lens works well with the Canon 90D; auto focus is great for both photo and video. Lens is sharp, but not the sharpest lens ever. Used a Neutral profile with higher sharpness and fineness to compensate for sharpness, and that seemed to work well. But, still the sharpness factor could have easily been attributed to amateur photographer/first day with lens issues as well. So, there is that too. But I really like the Tamron lens, glad I got it, and I will be keeping and using it. Is it a birder lens? Probably not, unless you are one of those who gets camo'ed up and hides to get really close to birds. But as a macro and punch-in lens--great stuff.
