The Channels on the East Side of Gaafu Atoll

The trip aboard the Maldive Siren was the first we did as the team of three. Together we explored the channels of the east side of the Gaafu Atoll, southern Maldives: Flo was ready for videographing, Hammer was hunting for stills. And Micha was there as a back-up and safety diver. Of course we had great expectations concerning not just close encounters with the marine life of the atoll, but also concerning good shots of sharks and other animals naturally occurring there. But we did not have a final idea of a movie. So we just kept diving and shooting. In the end this trip video was the result of our collaboration.
