As an internationally-certified psychosexual therapist (C-PST), Chris provides sex therapy and couples counseling to a wide range of clients. She specializes in working with couples with one or both partners with neurodiversity, specifically ADHD and autism. She presented research entitled "The Role of Body Image and Sexual Shame in Women’s Sexual Dysfunction" at the 2024 International Symposium on Sex Therapy in Portimão, Portugal which was published in Unifying the Field of Psychosexual Therapy: An International Dialogue on Theories and Practices by Cambridge Scholars Publishing. In 2025 Chris will present "Sexual Side Effects of Common Medications" in Hvar, Croatia. She wrote the chapter on Pornography and Masturbation with Christian Clients in the Routledge international Handbook on Sex Therapy & Religion. https://littletoncouples.com Chris received her Masters of Science in Psychology from California Southern University and wrote her thesis on the role of body image and sexual shame in women’s sexual dysfunction. She holds a certificate in drug and alcohol dependence. Chris is EMDR trained and EFT trained and is a sensitive, sex-positive Certified Psychosexual Sex Therapist with the International Association of Psychosexual Therapists and sits on the IAPST Ethics Committee. She is Gottman trained for couples counseling. Chris is trained on Ketamine Assisted Psycotherapy (KAP) and understands the role of psychedelics in trauma treatment. She completed her second year of post-graduate training at Denver Family Institute. Chris integrates multiple modalities to fit her clients’ needs. She is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor in training.
