At the end, I will introduce a solution to consider should you need help with your immigration application. As previously mentioned, agencies are NOT permitted to provide immigration services, give legal advice nor charge you a fee. Agents aka ghost consultants are NOT regulated and that is why IRCC does not accept applications done by one. In fact, IRCC prefers that you do your own application. However, if DIY is challenging, then IRCC permits you to hire authorized representatives aka immigration lawyers or registered immigration consultants.
