The late Homer Bosserman, who was a revered Astronomy professor at MPC, dedicated over 50 years to the college, teaching an extraordinary 102 semesters. An MIT and Cal Berkeley alumnus, Homer’s profound impact on students extended beyond th classroom as he remained connected to his students long after they left MPC. His legacy as an instructor, mentor, and donor lives on in the Astronomy/Physics and Athletics programs. Homer contributed over $84,000 to support MPC facilities, equipment, and student- athletes.
