CASE FACT FILE: 1, School girl, fall on outstretched hand, closed fracture, seen after 48 hours. 2, Advised Closed Reduction and Pinning (70 K in a medium hospital), Closed reduction with K wires (1.2 lakhs ) in a corporate, and even paediatric PHILOS ( 2.2 lakhs by an USA returned surgeon) 3, Parents wanted perfect results, with no scars as she was a female child.
