Jamaica's Tallest Building?! | The Pinnacle: St. James, Jamaica | 22 Floors Done!

We promised to give frequent updates and hence we present the latest developments on site. Located on a peninsula, along Reading main road in Montego Bay, is the newly and highly anticipated Pinnacle Towers. Ground for this development was broken on Saturday January 20, 2024, by the Prime Minister of Jamaica and construction started shortly after. We are excited to showcase and share all of what is new, namely the newly designed Shopping Centre! This development will see Four (4) Apartments Towers being constructed offering 423 Luxury Apartments and 15 Villas as a part of the accommodations that will be available. This will however be done in phases, with phase one (1) producing 2 high rise towers and supporting structures. This development had an initial estimated price stamp of US $350 Million but later jumped to US $450 Million and the project is estimated to take a total of four (4) years for the development to be completed. This project is ideally located at the waters' edge overlooking the Bogue Lagoon, just opposite the Freeport area and gets front row seats for flights arriving at the Sangster International Airport. This style of development will be a first of it's kind and will be an astonishing work of art when completed.
