And for Cebu to have this at their doorstep I think it's alarming. I thought my home country Colombia was bad but this shows that there are worse. Personally these people struggle because of inflation. It's obvious that things here are more expensive than what you expect them to be. If it's hard for me it must .be extra hard for them...
