Though the hymn contains only ten verses, it holds an array of arguments, assertions and negations that clarify the confusion seekers have and guides them to reach the goal of spiritual Realisation through the practice of upasana. Swami Viviktananda is the Regional Head of Chinmaya Mission Kerala. He completed his Vedanta Course from Sandeepany Sadhanalaya, Powai, Mumbai in the year 1975. He currently serves as the in-charge of Chinmaya Mission Kasargod and is also the President of Chinmaya International Foundation.
