Rural Centres are setup in areas where access to primary care doctor is limited or unavailable. These clinics are manned by trained technicians who conduct basic diagnostic tests like BP, ECG, SpO2, blood sugar etc. and immediately connect to a General Medical Practitioner located remotely through our tele-medicine platform. Post consultation, the medicine prescription if any is sent to the patient. On patient's consent the prescription is also made available to the local pharmacy digitally and the patient can pick up medicines from the pharmacy. If the general physician feels that a secondary specialist needs to be consulted, an appointment is scheduled through the platform and patient is informed of the date and time, which usually is within the next 48 hours. Any critical care patients are referred to our nearby network of hospitals.
