My 2025, a Confronting Year

Can this be considered a short film or even a cinematic video? 2026 is actually nearby. (28/12/2025) - When I write this. This is usually the time for all the self-development videos to pop out and come out of hiatus to talk about strategies on 2026. But, I just decided why not post a video about taking things more slowly while commemorating a great year. This is a short film that I have wanted to make for a while now. I wouldn't even consider this to be a short film to be honest either, but rather a video. That's it. A plain Youtube Video. I doubt this description will be read by anyone and I doubt this video will acutally reach to anyone. 2025 was a pretty strange year that went by a bit fast. It almost feels like it went by rapidly because I didn't spend that much time living my life. I mostly spent it living behind a screen, like most people I see. It's hard to make memories of a year that you didn't see happen for most of your life. That's what I would describe January to July. Strangely after July, when I had this massive realisation that I am just a cooked being with problems of looking at his phone and immersing myself in this fake digital world every time I got bored, something happened. A tingling in my brain, and a willingness to just be. Nothing else, just be. I started noticing how much everyone uses a phone in public and just sinks their face into a device the WHOLE DAMN TIME. But, 2025 was a pretty solid year for just growing and developing as a human being. Finding my artistic style and the ferocity of my thoughts and ideas. I've got a lot of lessons from this year, and I am glad I did. If you, the reader, think you didn't do anything this year.
