Tools you will need are: Pencil & Ruler Sharp Scissors or Craft Knife Hole Punch or Bradawl Screwdriver (flat blade) The easiest way to determine the correct length is to compare with an old belt. Measure from the very end of the buckle to the hole normally used to secure the belt. On the back of the new belt mark the same distance from the middle hole. This will be the overall length including the buckle of the new belt. Please double check the length before you start cutting.
