The Pegassi Toreador is a custom submersible weaponized sports car added into GTA Online as part of The Cayo Perico Heist update. The Toreador basically replaces the Stormberg as the best mk2 killer; they share a lot in common, but the Toreador is overall superior. First thing that makes the Toreador superior to the Stromberg is the booster; this booster works similarly to vehicles with booster turbines such as the Rocket Voltic. It propels the car for about a second and recharges quite quickly at approximately one second, allowing the car to accelerate unbelievably fast and maintain very high speeds. Defence-wise, it takes six homing rockets or two RPG rockets to explode the Toreador, giving it the same similar defensive edge as the Stromberg. The rear of the Toreador is completely impenetrable to bullets. The vehicle has dual forward-facing fixed machine guns, which behave like most front-facing machine guns from several land vehicles. However, like the Stromberg, they have greater firepower compared to other vehicle machine guns, causing massive damage to unarmored vehicles and destroying them in a few seconds. They can be only used outside the water. The Toreadors missile launcher has a reduced lock-on and effective range compared to other weaponized vehicles like the mk2, but makes up for being VERY effective, on par with the Stormberg and the Ruiner 2000. Unlike the Stormberg which is limited to 30 rockets, the Toreador has unlimited rockets. The torpedo launcher also has a reduced lock-on and effective range, but the torpedoes can break the surface and able to hit targets on land or low-flying aircraft. However, it has a slightly decreased fire rate, taking 1.5 seconds to fire the next one. If the player owns a Kosatka and has purchased the optional sonar station, their Toreador gains the sonar function when in the water. Pressing the sonar button will reveal the presence of hidden enemy Kosatka's on the map. The Toreador can be stored I any garage, but is best stored in the Kosatka. The Toreador also can surprisingly hold up to 4 occupants at once. And finally, another great selling point is that the Toreador has no custom map icon (unlike the Stormberg). This means without visual conformation, enemies will have no idea that you are using a Toreador; you will look like you are driving a normal car on the map. The Toreador is heavily compared to it's virtual predecessor, the Stormberg.
