Kawasaki Robotics presented trends and latest robotics technologies at the global booth of Kawasaki Heavy Industries: • Three RS007N/L with lightsabers • A BX300L with the superbike Ninja H2R • The duAro, serving delicious coffee At our fair stand we also welcomed delegations from various countries and showed them some of the most advanced technologies from Kawasaki. Mr. Shogo Hasegawa (General Manager of the Research Division at Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd.) gave an outline of recent developments at Kawasaki as well as the future direction for IoT/AI. He showed several examples for those developments, such as connected motorcycles, gas turbine and engine optimum maintenance service as well as AI in robot business. Mr. Leo Bartevyan of the Kawasaki Robotics partner CENIT AG provided a lecture on CAX Computer Aided Robot Teaching. He introduced new methods for an intelligent automation of robot programming with Kawasaki robots as examples.
