It is an amazing multi-purpose hand tool. I started by using water electrolysis made of an old appliance to remove most of the rust. Added some salt - adding salt into the water will break the electrical neutrality of water molecules and will let them carry the electric charge. To get rid of the residual rust I used a small wire brush. Applied WD-40 rust removal to soften the joints. For cleaning, grinding, and polishing the wrench I used a wheel wire brush and a flap wheel sander. Painted the parts and put it all together. I like to repair and bring old tools and appliances back to life and inspire others to create something with their own hands. It is nice to repair old used tools and make them useful and usable again. Hopefully, I inspired you and could help with your restorations.
