Through stillness, deep breathing, and mindful awareness, this practice helps you restore balance and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. It’s a nourishing session for moments when you feel closed off, tired, or in need of emotional release and renewal. Beginners are welcome. Please bring blocks, bolsters, or pillows for support and comfort.
