In this video I modify a BuiltRight Industries dash mount to better suit my needs by adding more mounting space and a power plug. Edit: The "Velcro" that I used to attach them scangauge is called 3M Dual Lock. Much stronger than Velcro. Also, the little tab that's in the way of the drill hole is on the drivers side not the passenger side as stated.
