I do not think female cops are going to change anything within any police department the way the experts claim they will. I think that instead of standing for the citizens rights and monitoring co-workers, that they will, just like in society, assimilate to the work ethics of those around them. Cultural Diffusion will be the norm once they are hired. Humans by nature want to fit in and be liked and respected by their co-workers and that is what will happen. They will not snitch. They will not diffuse situations. They will participate in the shenanigans of the male officers. That is exactly what the female officers who have already been employed have done.
