In today's video I guide you through a simple yet powerful myofascial release technique that targets the front of the chest. This is an area that often becomes tight from hours of sitting, hunching over our work, or poor posture. Although this technique targets tight chest muscles, it can also: ✅ Alleviate neck and upper back tension ✅ Improve posture by reducing forward-rounded shoulders ✅ Support a more upright and confident stance And the best part? It only takes 5 minutes a day to start seeing results! 👉 How to Get Started: Find a quiet corner at home or work, with enough space to move comfortably and no distractions on the walls or floor. Follow along with me in the video as I guide you into the correct position and demonstrate how to hold the release. Hold the position for at least 5 minutes to give the fascia enough time to begin releasing. Commit to doing this daily for 14 days. After that, you can scale back to 2–3 times per week for maintenance. 💡 Consistency is key. You’ll be amazed at how such a simple self-treatment practice can lead to noticeable changes in how your body feels and moves.
