Put the tray into the oven and let it bake 12 to 15 minutes or until it bubbles and the color has turned a darker brown. Remove from the oven and cover with 2 cups of milk chocolate morsels and let them sit until they have time to melt. After spreading, you can cover with chopped nuts or sprinkles, whatever you desire. Let cool completely before you break it apart. Put it in the refrigerator if necessary to firm up the chocolate. This will take 2 to 3 hours.
