Through the new incorporation of NaviLens technology into Murcia city’s street signs, visually impaired people are completely autonomous in finding out the names of the streets they are walking along and discovering their history. By using NaviLens’ newly incorporated feature: NaviLens 360º, any code can be fixed within a space and your mobile device will guide you towards it at all times. Even if your mobile phone camera loses sight of the code, NaviLens will continue to inform you of its position until you are less than a metre away. Moreover, users can add their own/personal notes/annotations to each of the street codes. This way, you are able to make notes about your favourite shops, restaurants, or simply write down where one of your family members or friends lives. Thanks to NaviLens technology, codes are recognised in milliseconds and you are able to access the information extremely quickly and very easily.
