In this video, I build a custom bass reflex speaker enclosure entirely designed by AI – from the internal volume and port tuning to the overall dimensions for optimal performance! At the heart of this project is the excellent Visaton FR 10 HM – a compact 4" full-range driver 4 ohm version, known for its clear highs thanks to the integrated tweeter cone, solid midrange, and surprisingly punchy bass when paired with the right cabinet. I added custom 3D-printed anti-vibration feet to isolate the speaker from the surface, reducing unwanted resonances and improving clarity. Plus, a precisely tuned bass reflex port (also 3D-printable) for extended low-end response. Diameter: 40 mm, length: 15 cm (flared on both ends recommended to minimise turbulence).
