HOW TO COOK GINISANG PECHAY? INGREDIENTS: 1/4 klo Pork Meat (cutted into pieces 1 inch) 3 bunches Pechay (chopped) 8 cloves Garlic (minced) 1 pc Onion (chopped) 2 pcs Tomato (diced) 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce 1 cup Water 2 tsp Seasoning Granules 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 1/2 tbsp Cooking Oil INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the pan and oil in medium heat. Saute garlic and onion followed by tomatoes. 2. Put the pork meat and saute it until cooked through. 3. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let the water reduce and pork meat to be soften. 4. Add oyster sauce and mix evenly. 5. Add another 1/2 cup of water. Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 2 teaspoons of seasoning granules, mix evenly. 6. First, add the stems of Pechay. Cover and let it cook for about 1-3 minutes. 7. Then, add the leaves. Cover for atleast 2-3 minutes in high heat. When the Pechay is softened, stir it evenly. 8. Continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat. 9. Transfer to a serving plate.
