Gooooooooo! 7 Solid 1192 sq ft flower grow rooms and a single 2k sq ft veg room complete with DWC mother plants and a 60'x4' custom ebb and flow veg tray for 4 and 6" clones, tray racks and the sort. Each flower room features a different grow medium and will showcase each model of the HLG turnkey high intensity LED grow lights. For instance, in one 1192 sq ft flowering room will feature Current H2O Culture bays, a total of 4 at 525 gallons per bay and will house (27) HLG650R LED Grow Lights. In another room, 4 massive soil beds on a custom fab soil bed rolling systems will be lit by HLG 600 R-Spec's. In a 3rd of the 7 flowering rooms will feature the Scorpion R-Spec on custom Botanicare flood and drain rolling tables. Stay tuned for video updates on future rooms and products including stacked systems where on a 20 ft ceiling overall, stacking grows on rack systems on top of each other to the top of the drop ceiling (approx 11 ft) as to maximize grow room potential-- not a vertical grow system but more of a ebb and flow tray system in a rack on wheels that can stack another tray/rack system on top of the ground floor rack system. If a 1200 sq ft grow room would yield 80 lbs, then rack stacking in the same grow space would now yield 160 lbs of flower per harvest. The 10,000 sq ft building houses a full commercial line reverse osmosis (R.O.) system complete with 3" plumbing into (7) 500 gal per holding tanks, 3-ton mini-splits for each of the 7 grow rooms and 1 for the veg room, (5) 1.5hp water chillers for the deep water culture rooms and commercial size (think brewery) CO2 tank and delivery system, all powered by over 5 miles of 277 electrical service, pH and ppm balanced by Blue Lab combo meters w/ Cutting Edge liquid and powder nutrients.
