Custom Turbo Headers part 3! This is harder than I thought...

Part 3 of the custom header build for my drag-and-drive Monte Carlo project. These headers are turning into way more work than expected, but the goal is a tight set of custom pipes that actually fit the car and look good doing it. In this video I keep working through the driver side header, cutting and fitting stainless bends, adjusting angles, and TIG welding everything together while trying to work around steering, brakes, and everything else packed into the engine bay. Custom headers always look simple when they’re finished… but getting there is a different story.
