Hey, I’m J C! Welcome to Missed Again, the pool channel for advanced beginners stuck in the “awkward middle” of the game. This isn’t about perfect play. It’s about my honest struggles, frustrating misses, and the small breakthroughs that make a big difference. I explore why I miss, what I’m learning, and how I’m working through it, so you can, too. Today I’m sharing my 3-month review of the Little Monster "The Black Evil" — a budget-friendly 2-in-1 jump break cue. I picked up this cue as a replacement for my old Fury jump break cue from 2002. It features a carbon fibre shaft and a phenolic tip, known for its hardness and explosive contact. This is very much a budget cue, and should be evaluated as such. Prices vary — I’ve seen it range from USD 100 to 200, and I personally bought mine for around USD 100. If you’re outside Asia, AliExpress is likely your best bet for the lowest price. I'm a proud JFlowers Cues & Cases sponsored ambassador, and the current playing equipment I use includes: Playing Cue: JF20-BTF and JF10-22F (with S.M.O shaft, Taom Pro Medium Tip) Break Cue: Loaded (Wrapless) Jump Cue: RPG (Wrapless) Case: Predator Sport Butterfly Case Chalk: Master Support the channel by checking out my shop for a curated selection of pool equipment: https://linktr.ee/missedagainpool Every miss makes us better - let’s grow together.
