1995 Creepy Finds in Underground Tunnels

The second video posted on this channel has something hidden in it that no one has noticed, so I finally want to bring it to light. Caution! Viewer discretion advised (graphic). Is this another Montauk Monster? It's ears are similar. Based on tips from viewers I have adjusted the Gamma levels, brightening the video as best I can. Also, the original Audio is included instead of music so you can hear the reverb but also so you can hear the strange transmissions we seem to pick up when in the tunnels! Pardon the profanity, we were excited and we were lucky to explore the underground on several occasions, but these days it’s extremely hard to get in.
