Please leave ur valuable comments and feedback about this recipe .If u like the dish plz Share and Subscribe 🙏 U Can contact me here 👇 [email protected] - Mail id / veenascurryworld - Facebook / veenascurryworld - Instagram Ingredients For the dough Maida -1cup Salt- Sugar -1/4tsp Butter -1tbsp Water -1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp For Masala Boneless Chicken -250gm Turmeric powder - Pepper Powder -1/4tsp Salt - Oil -2tbsp Green chilli-2 Onion -1 big Ginger -1/2tsp Garlic -1tsp Fennel seeds -one pinch Salt- Tomato-1 small Chilli Powder -1/2tsp Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp Coriander Powder -3/4tsp Garam Masala -1/2tsp Oil - for frying Method Add 1 cup of maida in a bowl. Then add sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp butter and mix. Add water in batches and make a dough.Close the dough and keep aside. Make small balls and roll each ball into a roti. Boil and cook 250 gm of boneless chicken with salt turmeric and pepper powder. Grind it to small pieces, Take a wok add oil. When it is heated add finely chopped ginger and garlic. Saute well. Add fennel seeds. Saute. Add onions and green chillies, salt. On medium heat allow the onion to be golden colour. On low flame add turmeric , chilly powder , coriander powder. Mix well till the raw smell goes. Saute on medium flame. Add tomato pieces. Cook with the lid on. Add the ground chicken. Mix well. Add water for mixing. When the water drains and the masala is evenly coated, add garam masala. Saute. Add coriander leaves. Remove from fire and allow it to cool. On each roti add the filling and fold the ends of the roti to each other. Make small pleats on the ends with a fork. Fry the kozhiada. The heat should be on high. Fry until it is golden brown.
