In this video, you'll see the extent we go to service our customers with the most critical laundry processing requirements. Our service cycle begins with the pickup of cleanroom garments from the customer's facility by dedicated trucks. These garments are then transported back to Prudential's nearest cleanroom laundry for reprocessing. We perform a 100% inspection of incoming cleanroom garments in an ISO class 8 controlled environment, followed by necessary repairs and sorting based on customer-specific processing needs. Prudential Cleanroom Services has backup plans in place to ensure that our customers never experience an interruption in production due to a PCS delivery incursion.
