In this video, we’re going to talk about A2 milk. What is A2 milk? There’s a protein in milk called casein and there are two different types, A1 and A2. The A1 protein in milk is a genetic mutation. This type of milk allows BCM-7 to invade the digestive tract. This can lead to digestive issues like bloating and inflammation. A2 milk does not allow BCM-7 to enter the digestive tract. Jersey cows produce A2 milk, as well as goats and sheep. A2 cheese from goat’s milk or sheep's milk is an excellent option to prevent the digestive issues associated with milk.
