And from the moment we walked through that arched porch and saw the land stretching out to our left — we knew this was something completely different. 🏡 This is affordable property in Tuscany that stopped us completely in our tracks. Just 30 minutes from the centre of Lucca, tucked into the Italian countryside, sits a 270 square metre villa across three floors with original features that took our breath away. If you have ever dreamed of buying property in Italy, restoring a Tuscan villa, or finding cheap property in Tuscany — you need to see this. Inside we found a sweeping staircase, French doors, original marble flooring, marble stairs, fireplaces and balconies with views across the Tuscan mountains.
