Most often, it affects the long bones in the leg, the pelvis, or the shoulder blade. Osteochondroma is the most common noncancerous bone growth. It most often occurs between ages 10 and 30. LEFT LOWER SCAPULAR OSTEOCHONDROMA ~6cm x 5cm x 6cm bony outgrowth at the inner surface of the inferomedial aspect of the body of the left scapula having cortical and trabecular continuity to the body of the scapula . the lesion has nodular calcifications at the tip with no sinificant soft tissue mass and no sign of bony destraction .the lesion copressed the adiacent left 4th&5th ribs and the adjacent subscapular muscle.it also displaced the lower margin of the lefet scapula lateraly. IMPRESION :-LEFT LOWER SCAPULAR OSTEOCHONDROMA /Cartilage capped exostosis/with mass effect causing adjesent ribs and scapular deformity as mentioned above 16 years old male patntes case
