Kenyans stranded on Myanmar's border with Thailand have sounded the alarm that if the government does not evacuate them with haste, they risk being returned to their traffickers by the rebels in whose custody they are. Kenya's ambassador to Thailand, Lindsay Kiptiness, however, says that efforts have been hampered by bureaucratic bottlenecks, and it will likely take some time.
