These red tail surf perch are extremely a thrill to catch out on the Washington and Oregon Coast. Today was even better because i had caught so many silver tails out there and have never seen so many being caught at once like this. Unfortunately i don't think they get any bigger than my palm since all the once i have caught in the past were the exact same size. Red tail on the other hand can get extremely big around 18 inch in size and when they fight it is very exciting and fun. I only kept 2 since all the others were too small to keep and i rather let them go to get bigger the next time i am out there on the surf. #surffishing #surfperch #longbeach #fishing #perchfishing #saltwaterfishing #washingtonstate #oregonfishing
