We'll go over step by step how to sew a H style cloth pad with or without a waterproof side. This is a great style if you don't have snaps for the wings of regular pads, or the wings on pads bother you. *CCO has H style patterns on our Etsy (PADSbyCCO). All proceeds go towards helping people struggling with period poverty have access to reusable menstrual products. Materials needed: 2 topper materials (same or different fabrics if you're making without PUL and want it reversible) Core material (I used 2 strips of Zorb original, flannel 3 layers on each side, works fine too) Optional PUL if you want to make one side waterproof. Polyester thread. Trace pattern onto the backer of 1 of the topper fabrics. Sew core to the backside of 1 of the pads, and the other pad. Any stitch can be used. Lay the toppers facing together, pin in place. *If you're adding PUL to 1 side, now you'd pin it underneath like I did. I used up scraps so it doesn't fit perfectly. Sew on the line, leaving a turn hole open. Trim seam allowance, snip into corners and flip inside out (AKA the correct way) Topstitch the entire pad.
