This video contains part of a programme by NHK of Japan in 1998 regarding the use of the internet in education. It was relatively early days for internet use in schools. The programme focuses on Holy Cross School, a secondary school in New Malden in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Greater London, UK. Since the programme was for transmission in Japan there are Japanese subtitles for the English speech. It includes an interview with Mike Battersby the author of "Using the Internet to Improve Teaching and Learning" published in 2000 by Paragon Publishing and updated in 2011 and published as a Kindle edition.
