Pallay Puncho - The Pointed Mountain of Colors Pallay Punchu of the Apu T'akllo, is a recently explored tourist attraction in the Cusco region. It is located in the district of Layo, province of Canas at about 15420 fees above sea level. Layo is a relatively new destination for tourism.
