This sofa tray table was a quick project for my 94 year old mother in law. It is made from Baltic Birch and some Walnut cleats that were left over from a mistake I made during the conference table project. I used red tinted epoxy to fill the old screw holes. I will say, this design idea looked better in my minds-eye. I don't really care for the final look of it. The original base was terrible so I made a different one that wasn't much better. That helped a bit but I still don't care for the overall look. It works fine and she likes it so I'll consider it a success. Thanks for watching!
