In this episode we interview one of my best friends MaxLord. Max is a music producer, engineer and part of 808 mafia. He has worked with some of the biggest artist in the world and made some of your favorite songs. He and I used to live and travel the world together when we both worked for Juice WRLD and have remained friends since. We talk about how he got into music, his come up and how he became friends with Southside and how he became a part of 808 mafia himself. It was a great conversion I really enjoyed this one and I hope you do too. He tried to take the conversation into some of his wild conspiracies but we pretty much kept it on track and talked about some of the old times we had. He is someone I think we will need to have on again. IF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION (CPC) VOTES NO AT THIS MEETING THE WHOLE PROJECT STOPS! HW needs a Conditional Use Permit to build on this agriculturally zoned land. That CUP can only be granted if the HW can prove that they are giving our community something that is beneficial and enhances the surrounding neighborhood. The City Planning Commission must vote NO if the community does not support the project due to the significant detrimental impacts. When: Thursday, August 24th, 8:30 am Where: 14410 Sylvan Street, Van Nuys City Hall- Council Chamber, 2nd floor Why: To make your public comment and show by our presence that the overwhelming majority of our community is against this project. Let's show up and give them these reasons to vote NO!     1    The loss of true open accessible green space by converting a public golf course into an athletic facility for a private school with very limited public use and substantial barriers for individuals.     2    This "Too Big" mega development crammed onto this site will require massive amounts of excavation and thousands of dump truck trips resulting in adverse air quality, noise, traffic and safety impacts.     3    The artificial turf included in the Project has well-documented health hazards, and will create a heat island effect resulting higher temperatures in our community.     4    Special events, with 500 to 2,000 attendees, would result in adverse noise and traffic impacts for the surrounding community, as would the use of an amplified system and night lighting for these events and sporting events. Sitting back and doing nothing is not an option. This Project would result in an opportunity lost. Destruction of the last remaining 16 acres of unprotected open space along the Los Angeles River.
