Wall ball was scaled down to 9 ft so to “make up” for the height I kept the box jump at 24. Maybe not an equal trade but by round 3 those box jumps were terrible. The worst parts were easily the row and the sumo deadlift high pulls. The row just won’t let you rest if you want a solid time. Use too much legs and the looming back squat becomes tougher. Use too much arms and the shoulders go quick. The sdhp are just an odd movement to me, probably not that bad but just don’t hit them very often. Overall, felt decent through the first round and a half and then just had to survive the last round. I knew 30 would be an incredible score but was expecting closer to 33 (which is what I shout out at the end). Take breaks often because once you hit that redline it’s hard to maintain. Oh, also don’t do this in a 90 degree garage! Give this one a go!
