The name "Sousen no Yado Suhaku" comes from the fact that it has a red hot spring and a white hot spring. The hospitality here is "all-inclusive," and the accommodation fee includes drinks during your stay, so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about additional fees. You can enjoy the open-air bath overlooking Lake Suwa and a carefully crafted kaiseki meal that uses plenty of Shinshu ingredients. Drinks at dinner include beer, craft beer, fruit liquor, sours, whiskey, shochu, soft drinks, wine, sparkling wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and sake, with a focus on alcohol from the Suwa region. After checking in, you will also be treated to tea, sweets, and draft beer. There is a bath area in front of the large bath, where ice cream, Yatsugatake milk, coffee milk, draft beer, and more are available. This was a wonderful inn with plenty of charm, including an open-air bath with a spectacular view, two hot springs, all-inclusive facilities, and Shinshu delicacies made with local ingredients.
